Maven MI-910 FLUSH

The MI-910 is the auxiliary fluid for head cleaning, capping station maintenance and system flushing. It comes in three variants: MI-910-W for aqueous, MI-910-S for eco solvent and MI-910-U for UV inks. The variants are not interchangeable — the wrong match gels the line and costs a head, which is why the labels and caps are colour-separated. The 1 litre bottle is the flushing volume; the 250 ml pipette bottle is for the capping station and wiper. Shelf life is 24 months unopened.

• FlushLine Three Variants — MI-910-W serves aqueous DTF, sublimation and textile pigment systems, MI-910-S serves eco solvent, MI-910-U serves UV and UV DTF. Each variant shares the carrier chemistry of the ink it replaces, so nothing precipitates where the two meet.
• VariantLock Colour Coding — the three variants carry different cap and label colours. An operator grabbing the wrong bottle at the end of a shift is the single mistake on this product that ends in a head change, and the colour code exists for exactly that.
• ResidueFree Evaporation — the fluid leaves no film on damper and tube walls. Cheap cleaners that do leave residue contaminate the first litre of the new ink after a flush and show up as a colour shift.
• PipetteDose 250 ml — a measured dose for the daily wetting of the capping pad and wiper blade. Eighty per cent of head life comes from this two-minute routine, not from occasional deep flushes.
