Scope

The site is operated by Maven Dijital Baskı Teknolojileri San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“Maven”). These terms apply to the whole of it. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Purpose of the site

The site exists to present and explain what we sell. No sale is concluded on it: there is no online ordering, no payment is taken, and there are no user accounts.

The product information published here is an invitation to treat, not a binding offer within the meaning of article 8 of the Turkish Code of Obligations. A request sent through a form is a request for information or a quotation, not an order. A sale comes into being only on acceptance of a written quotation and/or a contract signed by both parties.

Accuracy of content, and specifications that change

Technical information on this site comes from manufacturer data and our own measurements and is prepared to be correct on the date it is published. Even so, the specifications, configurations and supply conditions of machines and inks may change without notice, and the content may contain errors or information that has since been superseded.

What binds us is the specification set out in the written quotation and order confirmation given to you. Published print speeds are figures measured at a stated pass count on a stated material under stated conditions; real production speed depends on the file, the substrate, the pass count and the working environment. Outdoor durability figures depend on climate and exposure. No prices are published on the site; prices depend on configuration and are given by quotation.

Intellectual property and third-party marks

All content on the site — text, images, technical drawings, three-dimensional models, design, layout and software — belongs to Maven or to the respective rights holders and is protected under Law no. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and related legislation. Copying, reproducing, adapting, distributing or commercially exploiting the content in whole or in part without permission is prohibited. The right to short quotation with attribution is reserved.

Third-party brand, model and technology names appearing on the site are used solely for identification and compatibility purposes and belong to their respective owners. Such use does not imply any partnership, endorsement or authorisation; distributorship and authorised-dealer relationships apply only where the site states them expressly, and only to the extent stated.

Rules for using the site

When using the site you must not:

• do anything that damages the site, its infrastructure or its security, or that disrupts the service;
• harvest or copy the content in bulk by automated means, or republish it elsewhere;
• carry out unauthorised security testing, attempt unauthorised access or transmit malicious code;
• complete the forms with false, misleading or other people’s information.

Linked sites

The site may link to third-party websites. Maven is not responsible for their content, their privacy and cookie practices or the services they provide. A link does not mean the site or its content is endorsed.

Limitation of liability

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available; access may pause temporarily for maintenance, technical failure or reasons originating with the hosting provider.

Save for mandatory provisions of law, Maven is not liable for decisions taken in reliance on information published here, nor for indirect damage, loss of profit or loss of production arising from use of, or inability to use, the site. Before committing to a machine or a consumable we recommend confirming its fitness for your work with a demo print on your own material and a written quotation. Liability for intent and gross negligence is reserved in all cases under article 115 of the Turkish Code of Obligations.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be amended without prior notice. Amendments take effect when published on the site, and the date at the top of this page is the date of the last revision. Continued use of the site means you accept the terms then in force.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and the use of the site are governed by Turkish law. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction over any dispute. For persons acting as consumers, the mandatory provisions on the jurisdiction of consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts are reserved.
