This notice is issued under article 10 of Turkish Law no. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and the Communiqué on the procedures and principles for fulfilling the duty to inform. The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies, so the only data described here is what you type into a form yourself.

The personal data we process
We process only what you type into a form yourself. Fields that are not marked as required may be left empty; an empty field is never recorded.
Quote form
Full name, company, telephone, e-mail, city, the product you are interested in, and whatever you write in the message field.
Service request form
Company, contact person’s full name, telephone, e-mail, machine model, serial number and fault description.
Sample request form
Full name, company, telephone, delivery address, the machine or ink you are interested in, and the material to be printed.
Under the Authority’s data categories these fall under identity, contact and customer transaction data. We do not ask for special categories of personal data (health, biometric data, religion, membership and the like); please do not enter anything of that nature into a form field.
Because the site uses no analytics, advertising or profiling cookies and no third-party trackers, your browsing behaviour is not recorded by us and no visitor profile is built. The infrastructure provider hosting the site may keep technical access logs (IP address, request time, browser) for security and service continuity; those logs are never used for marketing. See the Cookie Policy for detail.
Purposes of processing and their legal grounds
- Answering quote requests and providing product, specification and price information
- KVKK art. 5/2-c — directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract · art. 5/2-f — legitimate interest
- Running after-sales service, warranty, installation and spare-part processes
- KVKK art. 5/2-c · art. 5/2-ç — compliance with a legal obligation
- Recording, following up and resolving requests, suggestions and complaints
- KVKK art. 5/2-f — legitimate interest
- Issuing and retaining invoices, delivery notes and commercial books
- KVKK art. 5/2-ç — legal obligation (Tax Procedure Law, Turkish Commercial Code)
- Contacting you on the basis of the consent you give when submitting a form
- KVKK art. 5/1 — explicit consent
We do not send commercial electronic messages — no bulk e-mail, SMS or marketing calls. Your contact details are therefore not registered with the Turkish Message Management System (İYS) and are not added to any marketing list; we contact you individually about your own enquiry and nothing else.
Where processing rests on explicit consent you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not invalidate processing already carried out on the basis of that consent.
How the data is collected
Personal data is collected through the forms on this site, by e-mail, telephone, WhatsApp and in person, by partly automated and non-automated means. The forms deliver what you send straight to our corporate mailbox through a form service; the site holds no customer database and has no user accounts.
Transfers
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data for marketing purposes. Transfers occur only in the following cases and only as far as the work requires:
- to our form service provider and to the provider hosting the site, for the technical delivery of a form submission;
- to courier and logistics companies where a sample or spare part is shipped — name, telephone and delivery address only;
- to our accountants, external auditors and legal advisers, to the extent the relevant obligation requires;
- to public authorities expressly empowered by law, upon a duly made request (KVKK art. 8/2-a).
Our form and hosting providers may operate servers outside Turkey. In that case the transfer is made under article 9 of the KVKK, on the basis of an adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards (including standard contractual clauses notified to the Authority) or another condition provided by law.
Retention periods
- Quote and information requests that do not lead to a sale
- 2 years from the last correspondence
- Records of transactions that do lead to a sale
- 10 years from the end of the relationship (Code of Obligations art. 146)
- Invoices and commercial book records
- 10 years (Commercial Code art. 82) · 5 years for tax purposes (Tax Procedure Law art. 253)
- Installation, training, service and warranty records
- 10 years from the end of the warranty period
- Server access logs
- 12 months maximum
Once the period expires the data is erased, destroyed or anonymised in the first periodic destruction cycle, in accordance with the Regulation on the Erasure, Destruction or Anonymisation of Personal Data.

How to apply
Under the Communiqué on the procedures and principles of application to the data controller, you may submit a request in any of the following ways:
- by delivering a wet-signed letter to our registered office in person or through a notary;
