This site sets no cookies

This website writes no cookies at all to your browser. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no advertising tag, no heatmap or session recorder, no A/B testing tool and no chat widget anywhere on it. Local storage (localStorage / sessionStorage) is not used either.

That is a decision, not an oversight: we chose not to measure visitor behaviour. What you get in return is a faster site and no consent dialogue covering the page you came to read.

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file that a site stores in your browser. Some cookies are strictly necessary for a site to work — sign-in, basket, language preference. Others exist to measure, recognise or advertise to the visitor. The second group amounts to processing personal data and therefore falls under Turkish Law no. 6698.

Why there is no consent banner

Principle decision 2022/1358 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board (23 December 2022) requires explicit consent for non-essential cookies, and requires them to be off by default until that consent is given. This site uses no non-essential cookies, so there is no consent to collect and no banner to show.

If we ever add a measurement or advertising tool, this page will be updated and a genuine consent mechanism — defaulting to off — will ship with it.

What the site actually uses

None of the following are cookies; they are listed for transparency.

Typefaces

Self-hosted. No third-party font service such as Google Fonts is used, so your browser makes no request to an outside server.

Images and static files

Served from this site’s own domain and held in your browser cache. A cache is not a cookie and can be cleared from your browser settings.

Page transitions

The transition between pages runs entirely inside your browser. Nothing is stored and nothing is sent.

Form submission

Runs only when you fill in and submit a form. What you typed is sent to our form service provider so that it reaches our corporate mailbox; this sets no cookie in your browser.

Server access logs

The hosting infrastructure may keep technical records such as IP address and request time for security and service continuity. They are never used for marketing and are kept for a maximum of 12 months.

Third-party content and links

There is no embedded map, embedded video or social media widget on this site — those are the most common source of third-party cookies. Maps, WhatsApp and similar services are linked to, not embedded. Once you follow such a link, that site’s own cookie policy and privacy practices apply, and what happens there is outside our control.

Browser settings

Although there is nothing here to block, you can manage cookies for all sites from your browser settings and clear existing cookies and cache at any time. Nothing on this site depends on cookies, so it works in full even with cookies disabled entirely.

Changes to this policy

This policy is updated whenever the technical make-up of the site changes. The version in force is always published on this page, and the date at the top is the date of the last revision.
