The MC-300 U1 is a desktop system for 30 cm UV DTF crystal label work. A single Epson i3200-U1HD head lays white and varnish alongside CMYK, and two rows of UV LED cure the ink on the film immediately. A and B film are laminated automatically inside the machine, so no separate press is needed. Output is 3.6 m²/h of film at four passes. Labels transfer cold onto glass, metal, wood and curved surfaces. White is stirred rather than circulated, which asks for a short daily routine.
01 ABFlow Automatic Lamination
The B film is roller-laminated onto the A film at the print exit and wound as a finished roll. On setups using a separate laminating press, dust and trapped air are the most common source of waste; laminating in line removes the step entirely.
02 TwinCure Dual LED Curing
395 nm LED rows on both sides of the carriage cure on both strokes. An under-cured varnish layer shows fingerprints after transfer, and the second row closes exactly that gap left by single-direction curing.
03 MavenFlow White Stirring
The white channel is stirred automatically rather than circulated. That is the honest picture in this class: stirring delays settling, it does not prevent it. If the machine will stand idle for more than a week, plan to flush the white line.
04 CrystalGloss Varnish Layer
Varnish prints as its own channel on selected areas, giving the label a raised, tactile surface. It is the single property that separates a crystal label from a flat sticker, and the varnish channel has to be built as a separate layer in the artwork.
