Since 2005 we have imported digital printing machines, stocked their inks and serviced them with our own engineers. Fewer companies in this market do all three than you would expect.
01 — WHAT WE DO
We bring in the machine, we stock its ink, and we fix it ourselves.
We choose the machines we import ourselves. Before a model enters the catalogue we test it on material that is actually available in Turkey, and check the printhead's supply history and spare-part lead times. Today we sell 12 models across 7 families: UV flatbed, UV hybrid, eco-solvent, DTF, dye-sublimation, UV DTF and digital cutting. The number of machines we looked at and did not list is far larger — and the usual reason for rejecting one is not its price but the certainty that parts will be hard to find in three years.
We hold ink in stock, because a machine sells once and its ink sells every month. 10 ink series and the critical consumables sit in the Istanbul warehouse; a one-litre order and a two-hundred-litre order both ship the same week. Every chemical product we sell has a Turkish safety data sheet and the manufacturer's technical data sheet on this site, downloadable without registration. You do not have to ask for them — they should never be something you have to ask for.
We do not subcontract service. The engineer who installs the machine is the engineer who returns to it two years later. Serial number, installation date, replaced parts and last service visit are on file for more than 600 installations, and our own team travels to 12 cities. When a fault is logged the clock starts, and we connect remotely within 24 hours.

03 — COMMITMENTS
What we commit to

Stock
10 ink series and the spare parts that stop production are held in Istanbul. Stocked items ship the same working day; for anything not in stock you get a date, not an estimate.

Service
We connect remotely within 24 hours of a fault being logged. The warranty is split: electronics 12 months, mechanical 24 months. That a printhead is a consumable is written into the quote.

Safety data sheets
Every chemical product we sell has a Turkish SDS and the manufacturer technical data sheet on this site, free and without registration. Version number and date are printed on each document.

Training
Operator training runs until your team can work the machine unaided; it is not capped in hours. When staff change, the repeat is free.
04 — SUPPLY
Brands & Supply
We do not write "authorised distributor" for any brand on this page. When we hold a written distribution agreement we will name the brand and the date here; until then we say "we supply" or "held in stock".
The difference shows up the moment you ask whose warranty it is — and you are entitled to know that before you buy, not after.

- We pick the producer from our own test prints, and tell you in advance if the brand changes. We supply
- Spare parts and consumables
- Dampers, ink pumps, encoder strips, belts, filter sets, UV LED modules and driver boards. Held in stock
