Maven MI-220 UV-LED E

The MI-220 UV-LED E is a 395 nm UV-LED ink formulated for LED machines running Epson i3200-U1 and XP600 heads, used in place of the InkTec SE series and Roland ECO-UV EUV5. Its resin package is built for flexibility — it works on thin film, PVC and roll material without cracking. It is validated on the MF-6090 U3, MH-1800 U4 and the Epson-head MF-1216 R4. The six-channel set includes white and varnish and is supplied in 1 litre bottles. Changeover requires a line flush.

• MavenCure LED 395 — a photoinitiator system matched to the 395 nm band, keeping lamp temperature low. On foam PVC, thin PVC and foam board, which blister with heat, that is the single factor preventing distortion; final adhesion follows the 24-hour post-cure.
• FlexBond Flexible Resin Package — the cured film bends around a 4 mm mandrel without cracking. The trade-off, stated plainly, is that scratch and chemical resistance sit a step below the harder MI-210 film. This is the right ink for material that folds, stretches or comes off a roll — not for floor graphics.
• MavenWhite High Opacity — the white is tuned to work even on small machines with no circulation, but weekly stirring and a flush of any idle line remain mandatory. A stirrer delays settling; it does not prevent it.
• CrystalGloss Varnish Layer — varnish prints as a spot channel for gloss accents on a matt surface or a tactile raised finish, and it adds a protective layer over the colour on thin substrates.
• SafeSwap Changeover Protocol — the class is Switch and Swap. Lines, dampers and filters are flushed with MI-910. On most machines in this class the chemistry of the incumbent ink is unknown, so we do not promise a direct switch. Budget 1–1.5 litres of waste and two to three hours of downtime.
