01 — PRODUCT
The MI-310 UV-DTF is a 395 nm ink formulated for UV DTF machines that produce crystal labels on A/B film. There is no OEM ink to reference in this category — compatibility is defined by the printhead and the film pair instead, which is why we list no OEM equivalent. It lays white and varnish alongside CMYK, in reverse order: varnish first, then colour, then white. Validated on the MC-300 U1 and 30 cm class Epson-head systems. Lamination pressure and film pairing are documented in a table.
- MavenCure LED 395 — the ink cures on the film under 395 nm LED. The varnish layer is the critical one: under-cured varnish picks up fingerprints after transfer and the label reads matt. Final hardness follows the 24-hour post-cure.
- ABPair Film Matching — the A film must sit in a surface energy band of 38–42 dyn/cm, and the adhesive class of the B film is chosen against the target surface. Lamination nip pressure is 0.25–0.35 MPa, applied cold. Validated film pairs are tabulated in the data sheet; an unapproved pair means either a label that will not release from the film or one that lifts at the edges after transfer.
- MavenWhite High Opacity — white is printed last, which makes it the bottom layer after transfer, backing the colour. Dark and transparent surfaces need a double hit of white; that does not change the cost per square metre of film, but it does cut output by a third.
- CrystalGloss Varnish Layer — varnish prints as a spot channel on selected areas and gives the label a raised, tactile surface. It is the single property separating a crystal label from a flat sticker, and it has to be built as its own layer in the artwork.
- ColorMatch Profile Package — the changeover class is Switch and Match. Because white opacity and varnish thickness both change, the lines are flushed and the profile is rebuilt. Plan half a day of calibration and roughly 20 metres of film waste.

Adhesion, outdoor durability and chemical resistance vary with the substrate, its surface preparation, the film pair and the print parameters. The figures here were measured under laboratory conditions and are not a binding commitment. Test on your own material and your own film before committing to production. Our product liability is limited to the value of the goods delivered. A Turkish safety data sheet (GBF) ships with every delivery.
