Maven MI-420 ECO-TR

MI-420 ECO-TR is the eco-solvent line supplied in OEM cartridge and ink-pack formats: Roland TrueVIS TR2, Roland ECO-SOL MAX 2 and MAX 3, Epson UltraChrome GS3, Mutoh Eco-Ultra and MS41, Mimaki SS21. The chip is on the pack, so the machine reads level on its own display. Colour is matched to the OEM target, which is why it is classed Switch & Print and you keep printing with your existing ICC profile. 220 and 440 ml cartridges, 500 and 700 ml pouches; no white or metallic silver in this series.

• MatchPoint OEM Colour Match — The colour target is set so that, under the OEM ink's own ICC profile on standard cast vinyl, the average difference stays at ΔE ≤ 2.0. If you print contracted corporate colours, still re-profile: no third-party ink reproduces an OEM exactly, and anyone claiming otherwise is not being straight with you.
• ChipReady Cartridge and Pouch — A chip ships on every pack, so the machine reads level on its own display with no external card or reset device. Some firmware versions reject third-party chips: tell us the machine model and firmware version before ordering, and if it is incompatible we will not ship.
• LowOdour LO-2 Solvent Package — The same low vapour-pressure solvent package as MI-410. Moving between the two needs no flush, so a shop running both cartridge and tank machines can stock a single chemistry.
• ColorLock Batch Consistency — Every batch is measured against the reference standard and held at an average ΔE ≤ 1.0. On a cartridge machine this matters more, not less: if a cartridge runs out mid-job, any shift shows up in the middle of the print.
• OutGas 24 Window — Wait at least 24 hours after printing before laminating or applying to a vehicle. The cartridge format changes nothing here; solvent leaves at the same rate whatever the pack it came from.
