01 — PRODUCT
MI-610 SUB is a water-based disperse ink for transfer sublimation, an alternative for shops running Kiian Digistar HI-PRO, J-Teck J-Next Subly or Sensient ElvaJet. It transfers on the calender between 180–220 °C and 30–180 seconds, with four temperature classes from A to D chosen to suit the fabric. Alongside CMYK there are light cyan, light magenta, blue, orange and four fluorescent channels. Shelf life is 15 months stored below 25 °C. It works on fabrics of at least 80 % polyester and is validated on the MT-1900 A4.
- TransferClass A–D Temperature Classes — The dye set is characterised at 180, 190, 200 and 210 °C transfer temperatures. Thin polyester linings take the low class, heavy and coated fabrics the high one, and dwell time moves within the 30–180 second band as the class changes. This is the table you work from when setting the calender for a new fabric.
- FluorLine Four Fluorescent Channels — Fluorescent pink, yellow, blue and green are separate channels that reach outside the standard CMYK gamut, particularly for team colours in sportswear. Stated plainly: fluorescent pigments have poor light fastness, so do not use them on work that will hang outdoors.
- PaperMatch Paper Pairing — Ink limits are tabulated separately for transfer papers from 45 to 120 g/m². Fail to reduce total ink on a light paper and the web cockles, then transfers as creases at the calender — a mistake the fabric pays for, not the paper.
- TripleFilter Production Line — Filtered in three stages, down to 1 µm at the last, and degassed. Nozzle diameters on a 2.5 picolitre i3200-A1 are very small; in sublimation, most head losses come from unfiltered ink and lines left standing.
- ColorLock Batch Consistency — Every batch is measured against the reference standard and held at an average ΔE ≤ 1.0. Team kit orders repeat, and a red that shifts on the second run means the whole run comes back.

Sublimation results depend on the polyester content of the fabric, its coating and your calender settings. The transfer figures and fastness results here are typical data from controlled conditions; they are not a guarantee and do not reflect the temperature profile of your own calender. Run a sample transfer on your own fabric, paper and calender settings before committing to production. If a brand audit requires a certified batch, tell us before you order.
