The MI-110 is a UV curable ink formulated for mercury-vapour industrial flatbed and hybrid printers, used in place of OEM inks in the class of Nazdar 730, Fujifilm Uvijet KV and Agfa Anuvia 1401. It cures fully at 225–300 mJ/cm² with a lamp intensity of 600 mW/cm². The ten-channel set extends the gamut with orange and light black, and white and varnish come from the same series. Supplied in 1 and 5 litre bottles and 2 litre MBS bags. Glass and metal need MI-920 primer for full adhesion.

  • MavenCure Hg Photoinitiator Package — full cure between 225 and 300 mJ/cm² at a lamp intensity of 600 mW/cm², measured on an EIT UviCure Plus in the UVA band. Below that band the surface dries but the film does not cure through, and adhesion falls away within days.
  • DeepStack Pigment Load — the ten-channel set includes orange and light black, covering the region CMYK cannot reach in corporate oranges and neutral greys. Brand colours are hit with a dedicated channel instead of a second proof.
  • MavenWhite High Opacity — the white channel is pigmented for single-hit opacity. The trade-off is stated plainly: it needs daily circulation and a weekly channel check, and a white line left standing will settle.
  • FlexBond Adhesion Package — with MI-920 primer it reaches class 0–1 in the ISO 2409 cross-hatch test on glass, anodised aluminium and powder-coated metal. That result is not achievable on bare float glass, so do not skip the primer outside short-life indoor work.
  • SafeSwap Changeover Protocol — the lines, dampers and filters are flushed with MI-910 when converting from another ink. Budget 2–3 litres of waste and half a day of downtime depending on system volume, then rebuild the colour profile.
