01 — PRODUCT
The MI-810 is a water-based textile pigment ink printed directly onto pre-treated cotton and blended fabric. It runs on DTG machines and on open-supply direct-to-textile lines. Fixation is 60–90 seconds at 160 °C, and a correctly fixed print returns ISO 105-C06 wash fastness of grade 4 or better. White uses the SedimentGuard dispersion, and on dark garments pre-treatment fluid is mandatory. Colours ship in 1 litre bottles, the high-volume channels in 2 litre bag-in-box. Pre-treatment fluid is a separate consumable, not included.
- SedimentGuard White Dispersion — colour pigments sit at 100–150 nm and white is held to a D50 of 200–250 nm. Textile white carries the heaviest pigment load here; when it settles you lose opacity first and nozzles shortly after.
- FixLock Fixation Window — 60–90 seconds at 160 °C. A print fixed below that window looks perfect coming off the press; the problem appears at the third wash. Set the time against the measured platen surface temperature, not the fabric weight.
- SoftHand Feel — binder content is tuned to soften the hand without giving up opacity. Most of the stiffness you feel on a dark garment comes from excess pre-treatment, not from the ink.
- NozzleSafe Idle Resistance — nozzles left uncapped for 20 minutes at 25 °C and 50 %RH recover in a single purge. Below 40 %RH in the room, that window shortens noticeably.
- MavenMatch Profile Pack — three ICC profiles and white underbase limits ship ready, for cotton, 50 % blends and dark garments. Change your pre-treatment fluid or your fabric supplier and the profile has to be rebuilt.

Adhesion, hand and fastness vary with fabric type, the amount of pre-treatment applied, and press temperature and pressure. The figures here are laboratory reference values measured on 100 % cotton, not a warranty. Run a wash test on your own fabric with your own pre-treatment settings before committing to production.
