MI-510 SOL is a true solvent ink for grand-format machines running Konica KM1024i and KM512i heads, used in place of Sun Chemical Streamline HRe and the Nazdar 700 series. It bonds directly to uncoated banner, gives 36 months outdoors in unlaminated vertical exposure, and has the lowest cost per square metre in our catalogue. The price is ventilation: this ink cannot be used in a shop without mechanical extraction ducted outside. Supplied in 5, 10 and 20 litre bottles and a 5 litre bag-in-box.

  • DeepStrike Solvent Package — Aggressive solvents open the PVC surface so pigment settles into the material. It bonds to uncoated banner without primer or extra heat, which is exactly where eco-solvent fails on cheaper banner grades. The price of that aggression is ventilation: without an extraction hood over the machine and a duct outside, this ink cannot be used. It is not optional.
  • TripleFilter Production Line — Filtered in three stages, down to 1 µm at the last, and degassed. On 30 and 42 picolitre heads a blocked nozzle shows up late: on a two-metre billboard you find the missing nozzle after the print is finished, which makes filtration more critical here, not less.
  • ColorLock Batch Consistency — Every batch is measured against the reference standard and held at an average ΔE ≤ 1.0. A campaign's boards are printed across several weeks, and a blue that shifts on the second run is the first thing the client sees.
  • LongRun Packaging — 5, 10 and 20 litre bottles plus a closed-system 5 litre bag-in-box. A 3.2 m machine in production burns roughly 4–7 litres a shift, which makes the 20 litre pack a weekly stock unit rather than a monthly one.
  • OutGas 48 Window — True solvent penetrates deeper than eco-solvent and releases more slowly. Allow 48 hours before lamination, cutting or tensioning; banner laminated early routinely bubbles and lifts at the edges.

This product contains flammable, volatile organic solvents. It must not be used in spaces without mechanical extraction ducted outside, and nitrile gloves and eye protection are mandatory in use. Take sections 7 and 8 of the Turkish Safety Data Sheet (GBF) into your own occupational-safety file for storage and handling conditions. Adhesion, outdoor durability and colour results vary with the media and your printing conditions; the figures here are typical results, not a guarantee. Test on your own banner before committing to production. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
